Mediterranean lunch plate made entirely of TJ’s foods – falafel, dolmas, feta cheese, garlic hummus, artichoke antipasto, pita bread, kalamata olives, cucumbers in yogurt, and organic cherry tomatoes.
The falafel is from the frozen case and cooks up surprisingly well in the microwave. The dolmas are canned, but good quality. The hummus is available in the chilled case. Tasty, filling and ready in less than 10 minutes!

Appreciate the site highlighting veg options at TJ’s, but it’s worth noting that the tzatziki has gelatin (“kosher gelatin” if I remember correctly, which is usually derived from fish) and their feta contains animal-sourced rennet which is typically considered non-veg due to the way it’s procured. Some vegetarians might not have any issue with either of these, but it’s definitely worth pointing out so people can make informed decisions.
Thanks!
