This is a good, but not great salad, that really benefits from some creative additions.
The container is deeper than most TJ’s salad containers and there is an amazing amount of salad greens packed into it. No stretch to say this could easily serve two people.
Unfortunately, the amount of toppings (mozzarella, tomatoes, olives and pine nuts) is rather skimpy. Add some artichoke hearts or garbanzo beans to make this a more satisfying and appealing salad.
A little odd that the olives are kalamata when regular black olives seem like a better fit with the other ingredients. The dressing is a pretty basic, but tasty vinaigrette.
Although the total calorie count is reasonable, this salad is unusually high fat (80% of calories from fat) thanks to the cheese, pine nuts, olives and dressing.
