A fresh and tasty salad with cucumber, red onion, red pepper, feta cheese and kalamata olives. A fairly generous amount of feta cheese, but really skimpy on the kalamata olive pieces.
This salad would be a great side dish to a Mediterranean meal, but is a little boring on it’s own. Some marinated artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, or dolmas from the grocery aisle make a nice addition.

Over the years, this salad has gotten SO skimpy. The feta you mention is now about 30% of the original portion. The “olives” is less than ONE. There are now only 3 slices of cuke. The only item not reduced is the lettuce. Trader Joe’s… please raise your prices so you can provide the original portion sizes.

I totally agree it is dreadful the way it has, ‘shrunk’!
I hade two slices of olives.
They raised the price and cut the ingredients.
I say don’t increase the price increase the amount of ingredients for the same price. After all, they were priced at just under $3.
Of course the answer is just don’t shop there…

My first trip to Trader Joes in San Rafael, CA, and upon moving to Lake Tahoe, I frequented the store in Carson City, NV I’m definitely a fan of Trader Joes.
