This dish consists of paneer cheese in a slightly spicy tomato sauce and includes rice. Makes for a warm, tasty and filling dish.
The rice and tikka masala are in separate compartments in the plastic tray. Make the effort to put the rice on a plate and top with the masala so you feel like you’re eating a real meal.
A bit high in calories and fat due to the paneer (cheese). I sometimes split this and serve with TJ’s madras lentils to boost the protein and reduce the fat in my meal.

its the opposite of spicy. its maybe the blandest thing you will wver eat. just a half notch up from eating plain white rice.
